noisy surroundings

The bathroom needed serious attention. It felt like stepping into a time capsule. The old heating system struggled to keep the place warm, and you could hear traffic from the nearby I-75 too clearly, along with the blaring blasts from trains close by. Plus, the housekeeping left much to be desired-without proper cleaning done, it felt like an inconvenience to have to leave the room with all my stuff every day.

poor service

absolutely ridiculous that I was forced to leave my car full of belongings while housekeeping did absolutely nothing. The linen looked disgustingly worn and uninviting. I expected a warm welcome or at least a free upgrade since I booked early, but instead was treated like just another guest. I almost didn’t write this review, but just couldn’t forget the experience.

The room was spacious, perfect for my large family, and we loved catching some cable programming after a long day. We even enjoyed the local dog park, which made it easy with our furry friend tagging along. My fiance had fun relaxing there too!
